Coupon code not valid???

I've been trying to use coupon code PASALE-5 all day today to get the Squee Dragon and poses (with the 40% discount for having both), but I keep getting an invalid error. Can someone help with this? I've used both Firefox and Internet Explorer. I've cleared the cache of both. I've emptied my cart, logged out, then re-logged in and went through the shopping cart process multiple times. NOTHING WORKS. I keep getting "Coupon code "PASALE-5" is not valid." at the top of the shopping cart page. This is seriously frustrating.

    I think you would need to create a Support ticket through Zendesk.

    It does say 'Use Coupon Code before end of day Sep 8'. I would assume that means end of day in Utah?

    Yeah, I did that as well.

    I had been trying to use it ALL day the day of the 8th. Every time it came up invalid, no matter how many times I restarted my browser(s) and cleared the cache. I even rebooted my computer once, to no avail. I'm in California, so only an hour time difference.

    I actually went ahead and bought the products so I could still get the 40% off discount. I wasn't sure if that would be honored or not, and I didn't want to take a chance of missing out on both discounts. Hoping to get refunded the difference of the coupon.

    Well - as you did buy during the time period when the coupon worked they should honor it and give you a refund.

    Just open a sales support ticket if you haven't already, and they should take care of you. Keep in mind that Britney still has a mountain of tickets so the response won't be immediate. It may take a few days.
