Can anyone plz for the love of god explain me how to change body weight or any feature in the base instralation

Do i need to buy stuff or how does it work?

Which figure are you using? In general, yes you would need the body (and probably head) morphs for the figure - unless you created your own morphs of course - but they do vary a bit in what the free base includes.
