Bought items don't work

Hi,

I bought several items in the DAZ store like a peasant, but in DAZ the files don't work. I get a message that I should check the log or some things that I bought show only materials.
When I try to apply these materials like a dress or something DAZ doesn't do anything.

Can I get refunds on bought items?

    There's not really enough information to be sure, but I suspect that you are double-clicking a materials preset rather than the base model. Check that the item you bought is a full set, rather than a texture expansion, or that you have the base product if it is a texture expansion, then load the base model and have it selected before applying the materials.

    Can you post links to the products you are having problems with and more help and advice can be given.

    But yes you can get refunds within 30 days of purchase.
