Changing Daz Install Manager Paths ?

I've installed DAZ Studio & DIM on newer machine and I cannot get Install Manager to download to a specified path (Drive and Folder).
Nor can I find any Preference /Options settings to specify where the Downloads should go. I found log.txt, but changing paths there was of no use.

A second related question also, is it possible to simply copy the folder of all of my downloads to the newer machine so I don't have to waste time downloading all of my stuff (tons of it) all over again.

    To change the download location, click the "Download Filters" button on the "Ready to Download" tab -- the top line shows the current path, click the ... at the right of that line to change it.

    Yes. you can download on one machine and copy the files to another to install them, you don't need to download twice.

    The cog icon is preferences.
