Z Translation With Animate2

Anyone know how to make an animation actually move the Z Translation? I am creating an aniblock and I have the frames working for the animation part, but not sure how to make it move while it loops. I think I can use the GraphMate, but not sure what setting I'm supposed to use or if anything else is necessary. Thanks ahead!

If this is a custom AniBlock you open the AniBlock for Key Frame editing, then open your Graph Editor. Find the HIP node and add the Z translate as Key Frames.
I hope this helps. It helps to look at a Prebuilt one first.
Thank you Jaderail for all your help. I"m new to animation. I have 2 key frames that create a walking animation; one key frame contains the feet in one position and mirrored in the other key frame. When I add the Z translate do I need to add more key frames between them or just use the 2 I already have. I thought I was headed the right direction but I can't find a tutorial that explains what to do with the z translate. Do you know of any? Also, is there an easy way to reset the Graph or any of its parts in case I set the translation incorrectly and want to start over? And how can I get the character to stop at the last position it animated or "walked" to as opposed to revert back to original spot when the aniblock is done playing (even when stretched for longer walk)? I think I just need to put a stop marker on the aniblock before it naturally stops so it prevents it from going back to beginning. Thanks!
You Should Have a PDF for AniMate in your ReadMe folder. It has a pretty good section on editing AniBlocks.
Is it different than this guide? http://www.gofigure3d.com/site/?option=com_content&view=article&id=92&Itemid=86
Pick a part any Part, and Start changing things. Before long you will get that AH Now I see thing. Best Tip ever? Never SAVE without Changing the Name, I had to install CLEAN AniBlocks so often it was not Funny.
Thank you! I've been playing with the Graph since before you sent the post. It seems like when you use an aniblock it uses a copy of it so when I feel I've made progress I save the aniblock as new, but give it the same name. Thanks for all the tips!
More than Welcome. I like it when folks enjoy things.
Can I ask one more newbie question since you are so familiar with AniMate2? How do you stop a track so it doesn't display the original frame of the track? Can you have a still image or looped image that plays indefinitely until end of movie, or do you have to stretch the last aniblock to be equal to the longest track? I have a single character per track and the characters are not duplicated over multiple tracks. I hope this all makes sense. Thanks again!
I'm sorry but that one went over my head. It just not going CLICK exactly what you mean.
