Ok my fellow users I've got a bit of a problem, and while I tried to search it out. I'm not sure that I've used the correct terms so I've gotten to frustrated to look deeper. This morning I installed 4.6 Pro 64-bit on my Win 7 machine, now I can click on DAZ formats, Poser Formats, and Other Import Formats and get sub categories. If I click on Products and Categories there is nothing. Now I'm not sure how much I'll be in the products tab, but the categories tab would be nice and useful for the occasional render artist that I am.
The problem is if I try and create a category it says NO, if I try and not a product into Categories it doesn't. Someone tell me they've run into this before and know how to fix it. I've still got version 3 and have 4.5 installed, but categories on 4.5 is the same way. I am hopeful that among you there is one that can help me get this working right.

If you don't see anything under "Products" or "Categories," that's a good sign that your Content Management Service (CMS) is either off or not functioning properly. I'm guessing your Smart Content tab is empty too, since that also relies on the CMS. There could be several different reasons for this problem, but fortunately there's a good resource available that should help you sort it out: https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/entries/22523891-Trouble-shooting-the-Smart-Content-Pane

I thank you sir for giving me that link. It certainly did allow me to fix the issue.
