Dear God help...
Below are the pictures of the reference and then the pic of the..er..non reference...project.
I know there are problems, boy do I know. But I'm not exactly sure how to fix them, or what parameters I should adjust, and in which way.
If anyone needs screenshots of my paremeters I will post them.

I am also using M4 Ultra Morphs, too.

I don't know if it's worth noting but I have a light right on him so I can see clearly...

also those eyes are temporary, the ones I want to use have transparent sclera and they keep screwing me up.

I am adding two sideviews of the reference because he has his hand on his face on one of them and it kind of messes things up.

P.S I hate his stupid nose like wtf

Have you tried using the morph brush to f ine tune the Ultra morph?

Texture also plays a big role. Do you have a texture that approximates the texture photo you are aiming for?

I'm not sure what you mean by the morph brush...I don't think I can use it... I always screw it up somehow.

Also I bought this texture JUST for this character so I would REALLLLLY like to use it for this character.
    It's Malachi.
This is the actual product image. I think lighting is playing a factor in this.

Just based on the reference photos, the nostrils need to be wider, and the tip of the noise slightly narrower. There is a thread that focuses on celebrity type morphs, they could probably offer many more suggestions.

Personally I'd say save your figure as a scene preset ,"Cute guy" or whatever ,then play with the parameters all you want ,when you make adjustments that you like save again as scene preset same name but make it "Cute Guy a".That way if you do stuff you don't like you can just go delete it go to the latest version that you liked ,and keep on adjusting .....later you can get rid of the ones that weren't quite what you were working for. I find it makes it way easier to not stress about "Messing it up"

P.S. are you doing this in DS or Poser?? Never mind I just saw your taggy thingy ......
P.S.P.S. I'd also say his nose should be a bit shorter .....but real good so far
