Converting Genesis/GF2 hair to Genesis 8 Female

Hello,

 

I'm new on this forum, as in 3ds max. I try, for a while now, to use Genesis hair and Genesis female 2 hair, especially Thian Hair from AprilYSH, on Genesis 8 Females.I works around the head, no problem with this, but under the shoulders, it becomes a royal mess. I've tried different techniques I found on the internet, but none of them fixed the issue, especially for Thian Hair. The three tails of this hair are like... stone, theirs movements morphs doesn't work anymore.

How can I fix this, for those hair as well as the other with this issue. What would be the path to convert those item properly, if it what it needs to be done?

    Load the hair without selecting the character. Then, move it into position, make changes to fit the head, and parent - NOT fit! it to the head of the character. When you load with auto-fit, all the bones inside a hair get lost, and the morphs often become distored when you have longer hair.
