Facegen Serial number

I just bought Facegen and it asks for a serial number, but nothing I can see has one.  I emailed support, but am I missing something to get that number?

    Yes!  Thanks, the software says to look in the order details and the email, but it wasn't in either so I was about to lose my mind.  I totally missed that section!
