Strange prompt when installing

Hi Daz friends,
After having problems finding content in Daz I decided to uninstall and reinstall.
Seems easy enough although I keep getting this notification coming up and of course I cant open Daz.
Any guidance on this would be great.

That looks like a problem with the Content Management System - which uses the Valentina database engine. Is the service installed and running (start Task Manager, go to the Services tab, and find DAZ Content Management Service if it's there)?

    Hi Richard,
    Thanks for the response.
    It appears to be running

Hmmm, OK - it might be a version issue - try stopping the CMS, uninstalling it and reinstalling (I think that requires reinstalling the DAZ Install Manager, but it may still be installed with DS too - I've lost track). The other thing to check would be that your firewall isn't blocking DS from seeing the CMS, but I don't recall that showing up in that way.

OK, I'm told that DS is all you need to reinstall to get the CMS back - told you I'd lost track.

If you're installing with DIM, there's a separate CMS installer in C:\Program Files (x86)\DAZ 3D\DAZ3DIM1\cms

    Ok..a hiccup:-(
I installed accidently the "Home Beta" version.
All looked ok and more organised than before but Renderosity products did not show up.

I went back to normal "4.6 Pro" version and things are still coming up with missing files.
I'm 100% sure I'm going to "edit-preferences-content library-content directory manager" and making sure Poser and Daz are both running but still having problems..puzzled
Getting the good old Poser square blocks for most products

Could you post screenshots of the Content Directory Manager, with the current folder lists expanded, and of the Installation tab in the Install Manager preferences (click the gear icon at top-right of the DIM window).

What I wanted were the Installation tab of the Install Manager preferences, reached by clicking the gear icon at top-right, and the folders listed in the DS Content Directory Manager, reached by clicking then button in Edit>Preferences>Content Library

This, however, is not related to either the CMS or the Content Directory set-up - and I'm not sure what would cause it, assuming you are running with an admin account when you install.

    Hi Richard,
    Thanks for your patience.
I've uninstalled Daz and just installed the Install Manager.
This is what I'm getting..wondering if I download the rest at this moment or this is part of the problem

Really puzzled,a week ago I was powering away

Close DIM, then right-click on the icon and choose "Run As Administrator", and see if that solves it.
