Regarding the Rotation control of the viewport....

I am a beginner, but still i feel

Daz rocks in every way. Cannot express how glad i am that i discovered DAZ.

It's really the best of the best among all 3D softwares i came across till date.

Oh how i wish that i could move this rotation control to the bottom of the viewport.

I would feel much much more comfortable with my mouse or pen while orbiting or panning.

Can it be done....? I donno.....

No, that isn't possible - you could of course make a feature request https://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us

You can use modifier-drag commands in the viewport, rather than having to go up to the controls in the corner - mostly Alt plus another key plus left/right mouse drag by default. You can see the current settings at the bottom of Window>Workspace>Customise.
