Can't Complete a Purchase

For 2 weeks now I've been trying to make a purchase and I keep getting this error message: Payment Failure: Error Communicating with the processor, please try again later (AN). I've tried different browsers, different computers, different networks, and different credit cards. I get the same error message every time. I've made purchases on Renderosity so it must be a problem I'm having with DAZ. Their staff has not been able to help me yet. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried clearing cache, cookies and history before trying again. Particularly cache and cookies.

    I have tried that, but I'll try it again. I'm wondering if it could be my member profile or something with my account settings . It just doesn't make sense that I can complete purchases on other websites but not DAZ.

    I got it fixed. The problem was an apostrophe in my last name. Had to take it out in the billing field. DAZ's payment server doesn't like apostrophes, so all you Irish people will have to drop it.
