Why does a window pop saying that... 

Some assets needed to load the file were missing. The content may not work as expected. The following files could not be found:...?

 

data/daz 3d/genesis 8/male genitalia/g8mgenitalia.dsf

data/daz 3d/genesis 8/male genitalia/morphs/daz 3d/base/ctrluncircumcisedhd.dsf

And how can I get these files?

Anatomical elements only come with the Adult characters Pro bundles.

You need to buy or have bought the pro bundle of at least one male major character.  for example M8   https://www.daz3d.com/michael-8-pro-bundle

Not all of them include it which is basically toon and teen characters.
