My grandmother gave me some money to get the next part for the desktop. I know I cannot afford everything I need but just one more part.
I just built my new rig with a Ryzen 2200G and a 1060, that is very similar to yours. Here everything works fine and it was $700 overall for me. You can also find my suggested parts list and some useful comments below.
Some things to keep in mind the integrated graphics will be fine for running a monitor but iray will not use them. So you'll have to use 3Delight or let renders run a long time.

I updated the cpu. Why is the cpu you chose more expensive than the first? Would it be bad to have both intergrated gpu and a separate one?
Than the 2400G? The 2600 is a 6core/12 thread part while the 2400G is 4 cores/8threads. The 2600 lacks a IGP but it must still be more expensive to make. If you want to save money on the CPU you can get the Ryzen 5 1600 which is selling for about $120 right now. It's the previous generation from the 2600 but still a very good CPU. Remember that part list I created upthread was for when you thought you could spend $2k. For a budget system I'd definitely go with the 1600.
I am thinking of talking with my mum when she is not working about having her help me get a new laptop in exchange for my current laptop. It is still a nice laptop but it is not good for iray. I want to get another HP laptop. What budget range should I request? Basically what is the cheapest Laptop with NVIdia that will still work great and from HP,
Edit: it looks like the GPU I want is not a prime item but a better price. I will try to order it tomorrow night then.
Okay this will change how I would get the parts and set up for the computer.
Okay, what I want to do is to store my Daz content on the desktop but still be able to use it on my laptop. My laptop drive is not big enough for everything, been trying to use one drive but that caps off at a terabyte. I was hoping to have a several terabyte drive just for Daz Studio and Poser content. What is the best way to use that content on my laptop from the desktop when I am not home but have Internet access? I also cannot let just anyone to have access to my content as that would be bad for hopefully obvious reasons.

There is no simple method. With the technical ability you've shown I doubt you could set up the ways that would work.

I found a check which might give me several hundred after I pay my phone bill. I do not have the funds now but soon.
I am trying to figure out how to "build" a list on that page.
You can't. That's a read only look at my account. If you want to build a system go to pcpartpicker.com
Oh yeah. I am thinking of getting this because it is similar to the one you recommend but has a video card built in until I can get a better GPU.
I think this is my list. I am still debating on the monitor.
This my tv

I think the correct link is this
You should look for a cheaper 1050ti. You won't want to keep it very long and you could get the 1650 for less than $200 and its a generation newer.
Okay once I get back home I will look into it.
I need to cut some corners in cost. The staff of my home wants me to keep a pair of shoes I ordered.
I updated the list with a 1050ti I think.

The GPU price I want was sold out. What about this GPU?
Well, maybe you need to decide what you want more in life...those shoes...or a new GPU...
I know I can just not get a monitor and use the tv for the monitor.
It would be better than the 1050ti.
Hmmmmm my mother asked me what do I want for my birthday which is April 15th and I forgot to ask the budget.
I've got a 6GB GTX 1060 you can have. PM me if you're interested.
Okay
Looking back at the list to see what I can do.
