Just when I thought I got it...
Had a problem with shoes not showing up in the scene. Now THAT problem is solved. Instead a new one followed.
Background information: I bought shoes for V4. I have V5.
Problem 1: When I loaded the shoes, at first it looked ok, but on closer examination, it doesn't. I'd say they look... very umcomfortable. Se pic "Ugly shoes"
Problem 2: When I load the textures to my finally found shoes it looks even worse... se pic "Ugly shoes 2"
Question 1. Is there a way solve this or should I buy V4?
Question 2: If I buy V4, will "body morph bundle" for Genesis 1 work properly?
Question 3: Out of curiosity, why does the textures change the shape of the shoes? (Se difference between "Ugly shoes" and "Ugly shoes 2").

The shoes may be designed to work with a foot morph applied to make the toes fit - since they are closed shoes you could just hide the toes, or even the feet.
No, the Genesis morphs will not work on V4 (nor vice versa, which may be the problem as Is aid above).
Are you sure that was a material you were applying and not a pose to fit the feet to the shoes or something of the kind?
Thx again Richard.
You were right. It was a pose, not a texture, I was trying to load.
Anyway, making toes invisible helped a lot.
One final question (I hope), as you can see in the new pic the shoes are there, with textures, but the shoes are distorted around the toes. Is there anyway to fix this?
You could try applying a Smoothing Modifier, but shoes do challenge AutoFit (especially to or from the fourth generation figures, as their feet have a very different zero pose from others).
@Richard.
Thx again. With smoothing type set to GENERIC and with maximum number of iterations, it worked.
You are a genious to me! :)
Glad it came together in the end.
