I can not download my content purchases.
Good day friends. I have not been able to download the content I bought in the shop for a day. The download links lead me to Product Library and the Install Manager, but none of the content I bought appears. I tried log out and back into the website, I tried Chrome, Mozilla and Internet Explorer and the content still does not appear. I contacted the technical service but they still could not solve it.
Buen día, amigos. Llevo un día sin poder descargar el contenido que compré en el shop. Los links de descarga me conducen a Product Library y al Install Manager, pero en ninguno aparece el contenido que compré. Probé haciendo log out y volviendo a entrar a la web de Daz, probé con Chrome, Mozilla e Internet Explorer y el contenido sigue sin aparecer. Me comuniqué con el servicio técnico pero aún no lo pudieron solucionar.

So there's no entry in the product Library list, but you hav the email confirming the purchase? Give it another hour and if the entries still dopn't appear please open a Sales Support ticket https://www.daz3d.com/help/help-contact-us
Thanks for the reply. I have the purchase confirmed and also answered the technical support (I already opened a ticket), but the content still does not appear in Product Library and Install Manager. It's been almost a day.
I have deleted your attachment because the image was displaying your email address.
