Hello, i put 2 spot lights in scene, Photometrics is ON, using alo Sky and Sun, to have some light, but Spot lights are completely invisible.. no matter how high i adjsut Intensity or Luminou Flux.. they are now visible, like they are not there, place where they are pointing are still dark.... what should i do?

I think Sun and Sky only allows the sun in Render Settings and ignores all scene lights, like spotlights. Try setting the Environment to Scene Only or Dome and Scene and see if that kicks the spolights on.
No change though... no idea why.. i havent tampered with any DAZ settings... i just created spot lights and since then they wont work
How high have you set the lumens on the spots? For Iray, you have to go surprisingly high... typically my key lights are between 100,000 and 500,000 lumens, while fill and back lights are between 10,000 and 50,000.
Quick test... Yeah, setting Environment Mode to Sun and Sky kills any spotlights you put in. The spots I put in didn't work even at 500,000 Lumens. Mesh lights look like they still work, so you could put in some ghost lights or set up the emissive settings on something in the scene. You could also set Environment Mode to Scene only or Dome and Scene. Those should let your spotlights work.
Not even 1 000 000lumens wont show anything..Whats Ghost light? and Emissive setting?
Pretty much any object in your scene that is set up for Iray (so, has an Iray shader on it) can be made to emit light. So if your scene had a table lamp in it, you can make the bulb actually give off light. This means that you can create a primitive plane or sphere, apply the Iray shader if need be, and change the "Emissive" settings to make it glow. Position the primitive out of the camera frame and you're good to go. "Ghost light" refers to the same thing, but the primitive is invisible while still giving off light. Check out

Thanks a lot!
Sun sky mode won't let you use spotlights, can't tell you how many times I've hit a render setting on something that I didn't realize changed it to sun-sky, start the render and nothing else worked. Just switch it over to scene. Or if you have ghost light item, I believe those work in sun-sky mode, but spotlights won't.
I was poking around and also noticed that if you set it to Dome and Scene, then remove the Environment map, you get the sunlight controls back. With that setup, the spots should work fine.
