Disappointed in Products

I purchased "Monster Classics: The Victorian Monster". How do I create the black hair they have in their product images?

I purchased "Genesis Creature Creator Bundle". The character morphs for do not seem complete; i.e. the Frankenstein just has a somewhat flat head and otherwise looks normal ... the hag, the ogre, the troll .. none of the morphs look extreme enough. And I didn't see a way to change the skin textures of the characters, so their skin color just looks normal.

We need a way to contact the sellers and also give product feedback from the product page once items are purchased!

I am not a graphic designer. I just want to create some media with assets. It's costing me too much money to complete a character and/or scene. Can someone please advise me where to get hair, skin textures, and clothing for these characters that are free or a package deal? Thanks!

You need to read the info for items so you know what is included with the items. The PA (Published Artist, that means maker) said in the Thread about the Franky which hair was used in that Render. The Creature Creator MORPHS (morphs are shapes) are just that, the shapes, the textures for your creatures are for you to add. The info does not say anything about textures. Genesis can use any Texture for V4 or M4 right out of the box, it defaults to V4 on load. To swap to M4 you change the UV in the Surfaces Tab to M4 and then load the M4 texture to the figure.

I use ShareCG to find cool textures for V4, M4, and now some Genesis ones. They are all free.

Here are some hairs that should work for Frankenstein...

You'll need some textures to go on that Creature creator set...

RawArt made the Frankenstein and he hangs out here in the forums, you can PM him and he usually gets back with people quickly

Thank you both for your feedback and advice. This is not my profession, it's just a hobby and it's getting too expensive to keep buying add-ons. I hope I can complete at least a couple characters soon.

I feel a little bit confused like the OP.

Looking through the huge catalog of products, it is not always clear what pieces/parts are needed for me to make a character.

Some store improvements I could really use would include a button to list and optionally place products into my wishlist or cart.
And another button to confirm with DIM whether or not I already have that product installed on my system.

And another button to confirm with DIM whether or not I already have that product installed on my system.

The green Add to Cart button changes to a gray Purchased button if you own it. Assuming by the above that you use DIM to install products, you can open DIM and type the product name in the search box in the upper right and check for which tab finds results- this is how you know if something is installed or not if using DIM.

Oh thank you. I did not know that! I have been afraid to make purchases because I didn't want to buy something I already have!

I have installed everything through DIM, except maybe for Bryce.
