Need Morph Help ?????

I am in the middle of creating a morph for a Nursoda model and seem to recall when saved as an obj, I can use a plugin or something to turn that into a morph for the model? Can someone direct me to a tutorial on how to do that and if I am wrong about the process, please explain what process I need and direct me to that tutorial?
