Anny Hair

I purchased Anny Hair a while back and really like it and how it looks (I even use it for one of my characters), but I find it to be a bit limited as far as movement goes.  Could an add-on be created for this hairstyle that allows for more movement and morphs for the hair (like for instance, allowing wind movement to blow the hair to the left, right, front or back, moving sections of hair like with other hairstyles, etc.)?
