Sabrina Hair: No Hair File

Anyone own and use Sabrina Hair product.
Just picked it up this evening and I don't see the green icon that says "Hair".
There also is no CR2, MC6, ds, dsa or duf file extensions or any file name saying "Hair".

Please peruse the screenie and please let me know what is wrong for a fix.

Note: the colorful setup file does not load the hair. I already tried that. The one that says !Setup
In addition although no big deal the icon is missing too.

Please help.

    I don't use smart content, but the hair itself is located under Poser Formats > Library > Figures > Magix-101 > Sabrina-Hair.

    Vaskania, I know you say that you don't use smart content but would you know by chance how to make it populate among all the other material and shape icons, so I can just double click it or click and drag without going to windows explorer.

    Yep, only DAZ side, the textures, are smart for that one. It's so hit and miss with smart metadata that I stopped using Smart on day 2 of DS4+.

    You use the CONTENT panel and go into POSER FORMATS> My Library> ect you never need to use Explorer if the content is installed.

    I reset my content DB and imported only the metadata for the hair and it still wouldn't show up (I didn't mind, since as I said above, I don't use smart content nor the content db). Not even the mats show up for me, though. lol Ah well.

    The hair has no daz mats, only poser. It's marked as having smart content in DIM, but not even the mats show up for me the way they do for jax.

    Jax, try searching just Sabrina instead of SabrinaHair as the hair itself is Sabrina-Hair with a dash.

    Found the issue, it's a metadata mismatch. the CR2 has metadata/compatibility base as Sabrina-Hair, but all of the mats have a compatibility base of SabrinaHair instead of Sabrina-Hair.

    All I need to do is change metadata associated with CR2 file from Sabrina-Hair to SabrinaHair and it may pick it up. I will have to check it out later. I need to get to work.

    Thanks for the responses. I found the CR2 file in the Poser Format Category. I appreciate the feedback and guidance.
