Looking for a long t-shirt

Does anyone know where I could find a men's long t-shirt like how a girl would wear as a nightshirt? I already know of the dynamic boyfriend shirt that is over at Optitex, but I need one that can fit a custom character I created using Genesis.

...kind of in the same boat. Have the dynamic T-Shirt & Jeans but the shirt is not long enough. Most of the other sleepwear tends to be more of the neglige/skimpwear type, not very appropriate for kids & pre teens, and teens.
Sickle has quite a few good unskimpy genesis shirts--the sickle super tee might work, http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/sickle-classics-genesis-tops-01/89516, or the peasant tunic also at her rendo store.
I could probably make a T-Shirt like that .........which figures were you thinking for? I'm thinking you want something that looks like men's size fitting sort of sloppy on female?
...I need one that would remain several sizes "too big" when fitted for G2F with with Zev0's Growing Up morphs for G2F.
It would also have to accommodate the character sitting cross legged on a bed (like lots of kids & teens do) Tried a couple different items that fit well standing and walking but, once I posed the character to sit on a bed the mesh would go haywire. Unfortunately it probably would require JCMs for the hips and thighs which may make it too complex to deal with.
I would need it to fit Genesis 1 and yes, just as you described. It would be nice to do what Kyoto Kid said about the kid sitting cross-legged, but if too complicated, its not necessary.
My best results have been with the M4 Dynamic T-Shirt.
In the attached picture, the girl's height is 4'6" (~137 cm), and I'm using the smallest size the shirt allows (there are many options accessible via geometry switching).
..ahh but my kids are now G2F based so nothing other than V4 or Genesis clothing works. Also never really messed much with the Optitex dynamic stuff as on my old 32 bit system it would always crash and I only have the basic controls that are built into 4.6..
...here's a pic I would love to have a long T-shirt for. . Had to use the Sadie Ultra fit on the elf girl and Jasmin Draw String Shorts & Top (sans the strap top underneath) for the other.
As far as Optitex dynamic clothing is concerned, Genesis (and I assume G2F would be no different) is just another object to collide with. Position the shirt and figure so the right body parts go through the right holes, and drape. For tricky poses, an animated drape with various intermediate poses along the timeline may be necessary.
...is that possible with just the basic control or do I need the full Dynamic Clothing Control plugin?
ahh never mind, just remembered that Daz dynamic clothing doesn't take to scaling very well without the plugin and I don't have 50$ to spare right now.
Here's one I started a while back for Genesis 1 and never finished......I've just reworked it and did this one draping morph for Genesis 2 Female.......If I did all the draping morphs on G2F it would require some tweaking after posing to fit character morphs, but could probably be made to be quite versatile.
...looks really good. Conforming or Dynamic? (when I heat the term "draping" used ,it's usually in reference to cloth dynamics)
This is conforming......with the LOOK of dynamics, like all of my other products :)
I've just been playing with character morphing and scaling to see how it responds and it is looking very promising!

Perhaps would be misleading to call it conforming.....because of the big sloppy fit it doesn't conform very well...which is why I never finished it before....lol
I will give it a few more morphs and then find out how to upload to Share CG..........:)
Will have to call it a morphing T-Shirt.......not conforming!
...again very nice work. Thank you.
Wow, Aave Nainen! That's perfect and amazing!
That shirt looks great. I have been looking for one also. Please let us know if you finish it and where one can get it.
So here is a quick render showing some of what I've come up with so far.......the figure on right is Genesis clone on Genesis 2 with a bit of dialing mix of some old favorite characters.
I'm working on a set of mix n match upper and lower seated poses for G2F right now so this is a good project to do some seated morphs on. I didn't like the "exposure" on the figure so I've added some shorts and the plan is to do a medium and large size shirt morph for each of about 10 seated poses.
The main outfit now auto follows most poses okay as I made it a more standard tight fit.......the magic will be in the Big Sloppy T-Shirt morphs.
Too much work to put out as a freebie unfortunately. I will be sure to post back here when project is good to go!
...looks great and no problem about not being a freebie. I understand it took some work and hopefully Daz will like it and we'll see it in the store. On the "virtual wishlist".
Okay folks.........first stage of this project has been finished and uploaded to DAZ for testing......hopefully will be approved! I've decided to offer this outfit as a main product with large and medium morphs for the T-Shirt that work with the default 20 Genesis 2 Female poses. I have included some adjustment morphs as well. Morph expansion packs for different characters and pose sets will be available separately (too big a project to have all-in-one)
Here's a sneak preview of the set!
Just what I have wanted for a long time. Great lookin. Thanks for meeting members' needs.

Oh I can't resist.........been playing with the T-Shirt morphs and adjustment sliders......I've done the transfer of all my Genesis morphs onto Genesis 2 Female.....I can't quite believe it'll do it but here is the outfit on G2F...... Mavka! Not saying this will work on all characters and poses but oh my .....it's gonna be fun to try!
This looks great. I look forward to seeing it in my runtime
This I would buy if Genesis1 is included with fits and such. Currently not interested in Genesis 2.
Good news folks, this set is scheduled for release October 20th. You may want to pick up the bundle of add on morphs and additional poses.....they will be offered at huge discounts as part of the October PC promotions I think.
Many thanks for the encouragement everyone!
CalieVee you may want to check out this forum thread:

I've got all of my Genesis 1 morphs onto Genesis 2 Female and while I won't be using those morphs for Genesis 2 content creation they will still be very useful for back converting Genesis 2 content to Genesis. I hope you decide to give it a try......
Thanks for the info. Will look for it tomorrow.
Greetings,
Just wanted to comment that the product and its affiliated pieces look amazing in the store. I love that you took a forum idea and ran with it so absolutely completely!
The idea of selling morphs for something that *isn't* a character has been something I've wondered about for a while, and it'll be really cool to see how it plays out for you. I hope it does very, very well.

I hope it goes well too! This is something I wanted to do on my very first set(s) simply because of the amazing potential to get very realistic looking garments for any figure! Problem is one can only do so many morphs to include with a set without it becoming prohibitively expensive. DAZ has been kind enough to agree to giving this idea a try.....just imagine.....a PA makes a great set of poses for say.....Aiko 5........or maybe a G2F version of Mavka.......I can then make morphs for any of my sets that will fit those poses on that figure perfectly!
If this goes well for this first set I may just try doing some poses and morphs for the Genesis Mavka......she is so cute!
Thank you Morgan for your comments and encouragement!
I just purchased the T-shirt and it works fine on Genesis. I don't plan to purchase Josie. When will you have more morphs that are just morphs? I would like one to lengthen the shirt, not the width of the sleeves. I was hoping that one would have been included. I do all my own poses so would like to be able to customize it for my figures as I do other clothes. A dial to lengthen the shirt would fix it up.
Thanks
This will be in my basket as soon as payday arrives. It looks great
