Dress Will not Pose but seems to be trying

I'm using Aiko 6 and the SensDress. When I pose Aiko, the bottom of the dress does not pose with her at all. Even if I adjust sliders in parameters it does not pose. If I create keyframes and drag the slider it looks like the dress is attempting to pose, but it resets as soon as I release the mouse. I uploaded a video of this.

You will probably find it has handles(bones) built into the skirt which you will need to use to get it to conform to the legs. This works for a static pose. I am not sure how you can work with this in an animation.
I'm not trying to animate it, but using the keyframes so I can switch back to T-Pose to quickly see the character symmetrical.
Adjusting the bones doesn't seem to help. The Thigh and lower were hidden by default, maybe it doesn't have bones below the pelvis? I'm not sure how to turn on a 3d view of the rigging.

Are you using it on Genesis 2 Female or has it been AutoFitted to another figure? It certainly has morphs for adjusting the skirt, which should survive AutoFit.
It's on Aiko 6 (which is a genesis 2 female) and didn't have the auto-fit prompt.
The dress has a couple of handles, as children of the pelvis (Dress) and of the Dress bone (Lower Dress), as well as morphs on the figure. Here I've used and Aiko 6 pose (sorry, I forgot to note which) then used the Dress bone to compensate for the marked hip thrust, and to twist the dress round to better fit the left leg, then I used the LowerDress to push the dress back a bit to better fit the bent right shin and finally I used some of the morphs to tidy things up a bit (though it's also using the Smoothing Modifier to deal with quite a bit of clipping down the back outer line of the right leg and on the left shin), but it isn't miles off). I didn't try dealing with the waist - moving the hand or adding a dForm would be needed here. This was just a quick fiddle, more care would hae yielded better results.
