PC MEMBERSHIP CANCELLED

I have been getting notification that my PC membership was going to expire on the 17th of this month, I went in and updated my subscription. I chose the monthly payment option.
Now I am being told that I can no longer pay monthly which is the best option for me.

Today I get a canceled membership letter.

As a long time customer of Daz I am very disappointed. Why offer the monthly method if you are not going to honor it is my question.

Why wasn't I give clear instructions about the in the very first email.

Since the site has change I have tried to make purchase during sales and the site would not accept payment.

Now this.

I have been hanging on to my membership for the past few years even though I had the problems in hopes that it would get better
but now it seems my experience is getting worse.
I don't mean to beat up the company here but really something needs to happen here.

Please help me understand why you have the payment options that you are not going to honor.

I hope I have posted this in the correct area if not please pardon my mistake.

I remember seeing something from Jack about a similar issue back when they changed the membership to have no startup cost. It was something about migrating stuff to the new database. The solution was to submit a request to customer service and they'd get you fixed up. Luckily it only happened to a small number of people. Sadly, it looks like you were one of those.

As far as I know the monthly option is still there once you have a membership.

Well I wish that my problem would get fixed

I was told that I had to chose a different option that they no longer honor monthly payment.
That I would be reimbursed a percentage.
And to day I get notification that my membership is canceled

With the drop of the one time membership fee they made the minimum membership term 90 days. The good news is its cheaper per month and you have more flexibility to jump in and out of the club without penality.
