Some figures are looking grey

So I got this bundle https://www.daz3d.com/karen-7-pro-bundle

But my Karen 7 has a very grey skin tone, almost like she is a zombie and not at all like on the promo images. I've tried diffrent hdris and lighting systems but they all look the same. It's not just Karen 7 but many figures have this problem. I double checked if I seleceted the iray materials but it always looks grey. How can I fix this?

In addition to finding the right lighting, there are several shader settings that you can use to help with skintone. Selecting the character, then clicking the Surfaces tab and selecting the skin surface will allow you to tweak the settings. Translucency weight is one that can help with too pale or too dark skins.
