For anyone having trouble with the SubDragon & DarioFish's Great Dragon Morphs.

Well, 5 hours out of my life, thanks to unorganized information and the fact that apparently, the "Great Dragon Morphs" only work for SubDragon LE, not for SubDragon. I honestly have no idea why a merchant would release for the latter and not let it work for the former. However, said merchant did present a *fix*. Unfortunately, it took me over 5 hours of research and messing around to find it, because said merchant doesn't have this information in the Readme, on his DeviantArt page, or anywhere. Ugh!!!
I had to have reinstalled SubDragon and the PowerLoader at least 10 times. What a mess. Without further complaint, here is an organized article which discusses the SubDragon in detail, the various types of SubDragon figures released, and how to get those got dang morphs working with SubDragon!
SubDragon LE- This is the same as the SubDragon, but without any of the morphs. It is just the figure, no morphs.
SubDragon- This is the figure, along with all of the morphs it comes with.
Genesis SubDragon LE- This is a TriaX version of the SubDragon LE, without any of the morphs. No morphs, just the figure, but the updated version. This comes in the Genesis Starter Essentials, which is packaged with DS4.5.
If I reference "SubDragon", it is the full figure. Otherwise, I will reference it as "Genesis SubDragon LE".
POWER LOADER WARNING: Apparently, many people have a big problem with the power loader. A common error is a message of: " The SubDragon support folder could not be found " .Uninstall the power loader to resolve this. Some claim you need to manually inject morphs if you uninstall the power loader, but I actually found that I did not need to. Granted, my install may be very odd. If you uninstall the power loader for SubDragon and do not have the morphs, inject them manually.
The Product which doesn't work: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/hfs-great-dragon-morphs/97428
Version I used to get this to work: Daz Studio 3 & Daz Studio 4.6.
This product is designed specifically for the Genesis SubDragon LE. It will NOT work with the SubDragon. It will NOT work with the SubDragon LE. It will ONLY work with the GENESIS SUBDRAGON LE. This means that you cannot use both the morphs of the SubDragon AND the (product) Great Dragon Morphs. All textures and poses work the same.
However, there is a fix to get it to work with the SubDragon!
You will need:
Daz Studio 3.0
Daz Studio 4.6 (may work with any other version)
A Freebie from DarioFish for the SubDragon.
Freebie: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/details.php?item_id=69225
This Freebie is different from the Product. The Product, is for Genesis SubDragon LE. The Freebie, is for SubDragon.
OFFTOPIC for POSER USERS: DarioFish also released a Freebie for use with the textures. This Freebie is for Poser users: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/freestuff/details.php?item_id=69349
HOW TO GET THE GREAT DRAGON MORPHS TO WORK WITH THE FULL SUBDRAGON
Step 1) Start Daz Studio 3.0
Step 2) Load the SubDragon figure.
Step 3) Inject the Great Dragon Morphs (The FREEBIE from DarioFish - Not the Product).
Step 4) Save the Scene. You may now exit Daz Studio 3.0.
Step 5) Start Daz Studio 4.6
Step 6) Open the Scene.
Step 7) Save the Scene so you always have the SubDragon with Great Dragon Morphs.
Step 8) Begin a New Scene or open your current old scene, where you wanted to load in the SubDragon.
Step 9) Click File -> Merge...
Step 10) Select the saved SubDragon Scene from Step7, which will merge the Morphed SubDragon into your current scene. This is how you will import the SubDragon from now on.
Your figure now has all of the (product) Great Dragon Morphs.
The textures and poses should work in Daz Studio 4.6. The textures and poses did NOT appear for me in Daz Studio 3.0.
Do not thank me. I only want to save others time and headaches. No one deserves these headaches, and I place the burden of responsibility for developing a working product on those in charge of creating said product. I believe in Quality and Customer Support.
Thank YOU! :)

For anyone having any issues beyond the scope of this thread, here is my suggested course of action:
If you have ever had a Daz Studio 3.0 or Daz Studio 4.0 version of SubDragon LE, you may have to uninstall it and reinstall the SubDragon.
If nothing else works, try uninstalling all versions of the SubDragon & SubDragon LE. To avoid uninstalling the entire Genesis Starter Essentials, you may have to do a windows search of "SubDragon LE", and manually delete the SubDragon LE. Before doing this, empty your Recycle Bin. This way, if you have any problems- you can simply go into your Recycle Bin, select all, and click "RESTORE".
Install only the SubDragon.
Post here, or email me at carterhgabriel@gmail.com , with the title starting with the word "SubDragon", or simply put in the title "SubDragon! SubDragon! SubDragon!" so I will spot it quicker :P
I can't promise I can help, but after 5 hours, it can't hurt to ask.
For Carrara 8.5...
I have tried to export the final product via .dae and .fbx, but neither seem to work no matter what I do. The figure imports into Carrara in a way where I cannot use preset poses or adjust morph parameters. In fact, most of the time the figure is completely destroyed, with the head and all limbs inside its body.
The solution I have found, is this:
1) Load the SubDragon Figure in Carrara, using normal poser content directory.
2) Inject the (Freebie) Great Dragon Morphs. Just like in DAZ STUDIO 3.0, this works with Carrara 8.5.
3) Either import a freaky messed up .dae of the SubDragon from DazStudio, or handle each shader (texture) yourself. If import from a freaky one, then simply use its shaders. Unfortunately, to change the texture you'll have to import a new figure, or custom choose the texture in the shader room.
And there you have it!
Loading the SubDragon + Great Dragon Morphs in Carrara just like in DS3.0, and then fixing the Shaders! Very unfortunate that all of this is in "Daz Studio" only files. It is so problematic in Carrara.
Note: This will only work properly IF both content folders are mapped in DS4.6, or you only have one content folder for both versions of DAZ Studio. I have my DS3 content in its own folder and DS4+ only content in another. With both mapped to DS4.6 this does work.
