Hi, i cant found the genesis 3 Pack complete, i dont understand

    What do you mean - that you can't find any part of Genesis 3 or that you can't find all the things you expect? Is this an error on loading, or just missing files or product? If it's missing files, how did you install?

    Do you mean the Genesis 3 base? Just go to "My Account" then "Product Library" and it should be there in your files "Genesis 3 Starter Essentials."
