Yet another aligning question (aligning decal(s) to a null)

Hello. This one is a little tricky to explain, so I'll try my best.
a- I have a null, parented to a prop.
b- The prop is parented to a figure A.
c- I have a decal (an iray decal) either non-parented or parented to a figure B.
d- What I want is, simply, move decals described on (c) to on top of null, facing the same directions as null's x-y-z described on (a).
e- The only way to do this for me is to parent all decals to the prop on the figure A first, where also the null is parented to. Then copy-paste null on to decals to move decals exactly on top of null. Then move decals to the desired position on figure B and re-parent all decals to figure B again. This is extremely time-consuming process.
f- With Align window, despite the all possible variations I've tried, I couldn't bring decals on top of the null when they are parented as described in A, B and C.
If you know the magic to get this work somehow, it will save tons of time for me. The re-parenting takes HUGE time and I mean it.
Thanks for upcoming answers and even brain-storms.

Just for another update... I've created a bug ticket and sent a video for problem's reproduction. The DAZ team replied that they're now investigating it and it will most likely be another bug video placing in their archives.
The questions is... How will I align these decals to the null... :(
