Client Work & Licensing

I had a client recently approach me looking for an avatar for their mobile app. DAZ was the first solution that came to mind, but there was one things that I am a little uncertain about. That is, who should purchase it?

I'm going to be the one working with the model to set it up and animate, but they are the ones building the app for deployment. It makes sense to me to own the model to be able to work with it since I'm working remote, but I also want to make sure that they also have the rights if that's the case to use the character in their app with the purchase of the interactive license for whatever assets we end up using.
