Where is my Genesis?

My computer crashed. Had to re download everything. Could only get the new Daz 4.6. It put Genesis 2 female on my computer. I tried to search for my Genesis that I had bought things for, but it will only pull up the Genesis 2. I don't like Genesis 2. I want my Genesis 1 back. How do I get it back? :coolmad:

Download and install the Genesis Starter Essentials to get Genesis back.

It should be in your downloads. Look at the bottom of the page you downloaded Studio from; it should be there, along with some other items. I think it's called Genesis Starter Essentials

Genesis starter essentials, THere are two starter essential packs, one for Genesis and one for Genesis 2 female.

Still won't work. When rendered Genesis disappears. How do I get rid of the square boxes? How do I make genesis work again?

I got it working now. Now how do I get this Daz 4.6 to find my other items that I have downloaded? The search doesn't help.

You need to have the location you installed your content like Genesis and Genesis 2 as a mapped directory in DAZ Studio. This article should explain more:
