4.10, the Mac, the keyboard, and me.
Sometimes using the keyboard shortcuts is easier or faster. This is reasonable. However, I haven’t been able to find a list of Mac keyboard use. The Windows version yes, and theoretically they should match at least roughly, but they don’t. Alt-Left for instance should Pan Left, but on the Mac Alt Left OR Right View don’t do anything; Alt-Up will do View Up, which doesn’t correspond to the list, and CONTROL-Right... does Left View (although see below).
So... “Huh?”, as I like to say. I’m using 4.10 on a Mac Pro Woodcrest updated to 1,2 and a Apple Extended keyboard under 10.7.5. I will admit to having Command and Ctrl reversed but that doesn’t seem to affect anything as far as behavior in DAZ — If switched back to defaults Command-Right is still View Left.
Any input would be appreciated other than “Use Windows”, since I’m much more familiar to the Mac and 16gig of RAM is ever so much nicer than 2...

There is a Mac FAQ https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/16599/the-mac-faq/p1 I will also see if I can find Totte to come and talk to you.
Thanks, Chohole. A quick check at the link does have some useful info, it doesn’t seem to involve the keyboard mapping... Although it’s possible (probable) that I haven’t read far enough/am doing too many things at once/haven’t finished my coffee yet.
You can get a list of the current keyboard shortcuts using http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/referenceguide/scripting/api_reference/samples/actions/action_accelerators/start - download, from the link above the code box, and drag into the DS Viewport.
Thanks, the list is very detailde, but... It still doesn't do some things. Some things do. F1 brings up Help, Cmd-S does save -- that one in useful -- but nothing involving moving views fails to do anything. Shift-Z as Zoom In for instance, or I, J, K as Look Up, Left, Down. This happens in Camera and Perspective views. I've tried various combinatiion in addition to single keys like Alt, Shift, Command, Alt-Shift, and so on, but... I am doing something very wrong, or something is amiss.
