Daz Tech Support - How Long Does It Take

Hello,

Does anyone know how long it typically takes to get a response from Daz tech support?  I submitted a ticket on Thursday and have gotten no response at all.  Is that typical?

    You should have received an automatic reply by now, to let you know they received your request. They don't work on the weekend. It usually takes 2 or 3 days to get a human reply.

    Thanks!  I did receive the automated reply and was waiting for the actual human reply.  Didn't know they didn't work on weekends and that it usually takes a few days.

    Tech Support alwasy takes longer as they have to duplicate your problem and then troubleshoot it. They are not a large team
