Well of course thats a lie, i just rejoined the PC and thought i would try and take advantage of the Premier artist festival sale that DS is pushing along with the opportunity to get the Aiko 4 pro bundle for free. I notice that after the legend, when you buy three or more Festival items, in brackets is this little gem ($100 value).
Having spent a long time getting more and more frustrated with the vagaries of these offers, does this mean that The total of Festival items i buy has to be at least $100 for me to qualify for the free pro pack?

No it means that if you buy 3 items in the PA sale then you get this free product worth $100
Okay thank you, that makes it clear although i have to say that none of the bundles offered is quoted at anything like $100, so where is the $100 value, as always DS is really confusing with its offers and price structures...
Well i added three items, then added the aiko 4 pro bundle, then the problems began. We are told to enter the code Aiko4pro-free at check out, but after spending ages and trying every combination i can think of i cannot get the discount to apply. I know this is unfair, and that the people who volunteer to help out here are giving their time and energy for the benefit of others, but i think Daz should really try and make their system clearer and they nought actually increase sales..
All that aside, thank you Chohole, i do appreciate your help...
From the web page for the promo the code looks to be (all in uppercase): AIKO4PRO-FREE, all letters apart from the single digit 4.
Just tried it and it worked for me
Tried that again, and this is what i get
Wrong gift card code.
Coupon code "AIKO4PRO-FREE" is not valid.
Thanks for the advice but it aint working...
where the 3 new - you can't just pick any thing
The V4. M4 and A4 bundles are normally $99.95 http://www.daz3d.com/pa-sale-freebies
You do have a choice of all these bundles.
Also make sure that you haven't picked up a leading or trailing space when entering the coupon code. Extraneous spaces will throw the code off
I thought that was the case, but just in case these are the things i selected and they are all in my cart together with the pro bundle.
The three items i have in my cart are
By Candle Light For DAZ Studio
Shop more by: Khory
V4 Timeless
Shop more by: MindVision G.D.S.
SwimWear V6
Shop more by: MindVision G.D.S.
All are in todays artists and i have entered the code numerous times, i am starting to lose the will to live, spent ages on this, but thank you for your help all the same...
I have double checked and entered the code in caps exactly as shown and can see no extra spaces.
Screen shot attached
I added "Holiday for Sandals", "Premium Portrait Poses" and "Sun Hall", followed by "Aiko 4 Pro Bundle" and added the coupon code.
Just done it again, but used the "Gunfight Poses" in place of "Sun Hall" and, again, it worked.
I think it has to be the spcific items listed, not just any three or more from the relevant PAs.
I've just added By Candle Light for Daz Studio, SwimWear V6, V4 Timeless and Aiko4 bundle and got the code to work. Are you sure you clicked apply coupon? Because the error message seems to be something you would get if you clicked add giftcard "wrong gift card code". I have never received that error message for inputting an incorrect coupon. I just get to the code is invalid.
Thanks for that, it is not clear at all that the items shown have to be the ones you buy to get the free bundle. which i think is pretty vague of Daz. However, i have tried and still cannot get the code accepted, so now jot is probably something idiotic i am doing. Is the code required a coupon code or a discount code. although i have tried entering the code in both boxes and when i hit enter they just vanish...
It's a coupon, so make sure you click on the 'Apply coupon' button after entering hte code in the Coupon field.
Gosh how hard that was, well for me anyway. I kept getting auto fill in the coupon box when i typed A for Aiko etc. The only way was to type it and copy it then paste it into the box and then it got accepted. I sincerely thank you all for your time here, i somewhere along the line lost the will to live and almost got to the point of just forgetting the whole idiotic mess.
Still done now, thanks again
carry on :coolhmm:
And some people say it's the journey that matters ... ;)
So glad you got it all sorted out in the end.
