Strangeness with older Work File (WF)

So as I'm getting closer to calling out for beta testers for my upcoming Gino I had the strangest thing happen. I recreated his fibermesh scruff, discussed in another thread in the Commons forum, and was quite happy with it but then when I reloaded the scene a day later the scruff no longer fits him correctly. Thinking I needed to bother Redz once again this little voice said "load a new instance of G8M and sure enough, the scruff fits him and follows along with expressions and face morphs, like Gino's face morph.
I just want to try to understand what is happening here. Why with a new scene load or a new instance of the character does something conform properly but on the original scene figure it no longer does?? It's so strange to me.
Thank you,
Richard

There seems to be an issue with AutoFollow breaking after saving and reloading for morphs that are embedded in the scene, as opposed to being saved as morph assets.
Did it lose the "fit to" value? That hapens a LOT with my models. Either it was never actually fit to the model, or it just forgets that "Fit to" was selected for the model.
I often get things loading which load in place, and seem to fit the models, but they are not actually fit to them. You don't realize it until you try to bend the model. Some also don't parent to the model, but oddly, are "fit to" the model. I don't know how you created this scruff, because I have no idea what other thread you are talking about.
I would guess that the AutoFollow just isn't being triggered when you load it from a saved-file. Since it may assume it was saved and already/still "fit to". If it is not, then it would revert back to zero, with nothing to follow. (Thus my above addition to Richards post.)
Sorry, posted in the wrong thread...
It's OK JD. Thanks.
Richard, so this is a known bug in the current General release then? If so, good to know!
