cant load any product

hello

i install daz 3d and daz download meneger, i install all the list from the meneger and start daz 3d

when i try too load a fegures or anything likr that i get that messege

 

how i make it work?

If you find the Genesis 8 Starter Essentials in the products tab of Smart Content does the emnu contain "Install" or "Uninstall"? It will hae one or the other. If it has Uninstall select that and see if the item will then load normally.
