Problems with the new Chimpanzee

My 3D Spin

I bought the new Chimpanzee by AM and installed it. When i try to load the Catalyzer figure
i get this message . See image. 

When i close the message DAZ just shuts down!

When i load the LAMH Figure i get he same message but the figure loads.

Hi, we didn't get this kind of message during testing. Can you please send me your DAZ Studio log file (my email is in the signature), so that I can take a look?
PS: remember to update the Catalyzer to latest version, that could be the issue.

How do i update the Catalyzer?

@My 3D Spin I suppose you emailed me but my reply email says "unknown recipient", so here is what I wanted to say:

Hello,

just use the DAZ Install Manager application: you should see the Catalyzer in the list, just click Update, or simply Uninstall and Install again.

This should do it, let me know how it goes...

If you can give me a working email I'd prefer, it's so much easier to address issues directly rather than posting on a forum.
