Hello!

It seems I only pop up on the forum when I am in a bit of a hucklebuck, but the support here is AMAZING, so I know when I have a question, I know that there is a couple of people that are quick to solve my issues and share their knowledge.

With that in mind, I purchased the "Chicken Wraps" set (hence the title in the subject line... it will sink in later). Well, apparently, it said that in the content block at the bottom of the page, under "Compatible 3D Figures" it reads "N/A." It was my understanding that this means these are stand-alone characters/models. I guess I was wrong.

Any way, I have these textures, and NOTHING to put them on. I searched the site for a Chicken Lizard, but can't seem to find the figure I need to use with them.

If any one has any info on these, it would be greatly appreciated. What would be better is if someone could reply with a link for the figures, so I can grab them directly.

I can't really complain... 98% of the content I have ever purchased works beautifully! As for the other 2%... well, I can't win them all I guess. However, getting the link for these little critters would make be very happy!

Here is the link to the product in question.

Thank you for your attention, and in advance for your help with this situation.

Best Regards,

David

I took a look and it looks like that product requires - Desolation Earth - Chicken-Raptor Unfortunately , it's not available in the store. You might need to file a support ticket if you don't have the Desolation Earth - Chicken-Raptor model for a refund.

    Thanks for the tip, JGreenlees!

I will do that and hopefully they can issue a credit.

I was hoping to get the actual figure, but if I can't that is fine, too. It is too bad. I really needed a cockatrice.

    Thanks again.

You might also ask if they could let you buy the original figure, it'ss till on the system so that purchasers can redownload it but I don't know how practical it would be to get it added to your history, or how much it would cost.

That would be a GREAT option. :) I really like the looks of it.

I contacted Customer Service, and they are working on this. RawArt did the mats, so they may have done the original figure, IDK.

I know that somehow, in the end I will be happy, no matter what the result.

    Thanks again for your help.
