Husky for Wolf 2.0 Look at My Hair help.

I have husky for the Wolf 2.0 and LAMH.  I have some questions:

1.  Do I need to pose the wolf before hitting the to obj tab every time?  After LAMH is applied, can the figure be posed or do you need to redo LAMH for every new pose?

2.  The renders are certainly furry enough but always just colored white.  How do I get the husky texture map applied to LAMH?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
