Can anyone tell me what a DSX File is and where do I install it in DAZ Studio? Cheers

dsx = auto apply metadata in smart content

if you install "maunaly" some product, remember to double click on the .DSA file,
you can found visual of the product in "smart content"

What it is used for and/or where it goes depends on the type of data it contains.

As Chohole says, it's an XML file and can be used for various things - metadata, download manifests, install manifests, UI settings - all of which go in different places.
