Adding asset selection to the main menu bar?

Is there an esy way to add 20 poses to the main menu - other than creating a custom action for each of them and adding them that way?

Or, add a single pose (or any other asset) to the menu and have that open the folder it is mapped to? To get to the rest of those assets?

I would really like to quickly insert an asset via the main menu - without having to navigate my way to it from then content or smart library.
Or at least have that asset in the menu open the mapped folder.
