How Long?

How long does it take to get a refund? I put in for a refund (a store credit no less) on Friday.

No movement except the auto response.

So how long does it take for DAZ to comply with their guarantee? Did I just fall through the cracks or are they really really backed up?

How nice! As soon as I mentioned the delay here, My refund came through. Estimated time, 10 minutes from time of this post.

Sometimes things happen that way. Delete this thread or not. I'll leave it to the Mod.

Two business days was how long it took for them to process mine. Seems pretty average from what I've read. Glad it got sorted out.

I'm glad they got it sorted out in time for the last sale in a while. Oh I just got done with dealing Smith Micro trying to get my content back after a hard drive failure. I lost one file. My runtime. Gads of personalization, categorizing lost, not to mention the content. We'll see how they compare to DAZ. Right now there is no contest in accessing your past content. DAZ Rules. Rendo Rules...Content Paradise we will see.

The worst part is that my backup only backed up my C: drive. I kept my runtime on an external drive and it did nothing despite my settings. My CORRECT and PROPER settings. GRRRRR!!

Oh and give Britney a raise. She always seems to be the one who helps me out.

You can get access to your files on CP by paying a fee, but you have to pay the fee for each order and the amount is a percentage of the order total (weird system). So if you have say 50 orders it may get quite expensive.
