V4 transmap eyelashes

Hi guys. Noob question. But How do I create eyelashes for v4? Do you draw on the eyelash template and then put the image in inverse (Negative Filter)?

Yes, you want white where the lashes should be and black everywhere else so draw in black on a layer over the template, invert that, and add a solid black layer behind it.
