Hair Converter from Gn3F to Gn8F from RiverSoft

Unfortunately I have problems with the script of the Hair Converter from Genesis 3 Female to Genesis 8 Female by RiverSoft. For me, the script does not work, but I have the DAZ program on drive C and the content on drive F. Otherwise I have done everything according to the screens below, but no file is displayed in the new folder. What can this problem be or has someone gained similar experience?

There is an official thread here https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/295951/released-hair-converter-from-genesis-3-female-to-genesis-8-female-commercial#latest but one thing to check before posting there is that the CMS is running and that your content is in the database, correctly categorised and marked with compatibility - I note that in your screen shot the script itself lacks its content type tag (top right of the thumbnail should say "Script") which suggests it may not be.
