The way I do it is select each item on the right on the scene tab that I want to keep together and the click on "Create" on the menu bar at the top of the screen and then select "New Group". You can name it what you want. Then I can move the entire group around at once rather than each individual piece.

Fastest way is to simply turn the furniture into "children" of the inn.
Highlight all the items(other than the inn), in the scene tab.
Then just drag them up to it.
This can also be accomplished by selecting all the items, and right clicking within the working pane, and selecting change parent.
Or Edit>Figure(or object in this case)>change Parent.
This will maintain the relative position when you move the item, but will allow moving the individual items for tweaking if needed.
