Looking for the Full Version of Optitex Dynamic Cloth System

I know there id the dForce System which is included with DS 4.10, but my computers cannot handle it. The Optitex System is much easier on memory use, but I have just the basic free version for DS. While it does great for a lot of renders, there are settings and effects that are not available in it. Things like wind effects, movement effects, and the effects of different types of cloth are not included in the free version.

I did several searches for the full version, but without knowing what it is called, all I get is clothing that can be used with it. So I am asking for help finding it. If it is no longer offered, I guess I'm out of luck; but if it is, I want it. So if anybody knows where I can find it, please post a link for me. If that's not possible, at least post the correct name of the product to help me in my search.
