If your game uses 3D content, rather than 2D renders of 3D content, then you would need Interactive Licenses for any Daz content used and you would need to check the terms of freebies and content from other stores. If it's just using 2D renders (for sprites, backdrops, animated sequencs etc.) then yes, you are able to use Daz content that way - again, if you used freebies or content from another store you would need to check the read me or EULA.
