Anyone know how to fix V4's annoying elbow creases?

This looks terrible. I searched around for a solution and ended up spending $6 over at Renderosity for a "Perfect V4 Arm fix". However it doesn't even load. I contacted the dev to see what's going on and/or get my money back. Bottom line is, it bricked my entire V4 installation. I had to uninstall V4 and reinstall everything. Pretty annoying.
Anyway...does anyone know how to fix this in DS4.6? Deformers? Magic spells? What do I do?

In order to use XandM's Perfect fixes you need to first make a copy of the Victoria 4.2 .cr2 file with specially created morph channels. Then you can apply the fixes onto that. There should be instructions for doing this in the ReadMe file.
Anyway, I attach an image taken at the Dubious Bikini Swearing-In Ceremony to demonstrate its effectiveness.
You could try creating a correction morph in Hexagon or ZBrush via their bridges, or in any modeller - zero the figure, bend the arm, send to Hex or ZBrush or switch to Base resolution and export as OBJ, tweak the mesh to look good, send back to DS or save as OBJ and load with Morph Loader pro, set Reverse Deformations on, dial up as needed.
@Richard
That sounds a little over the top for me. Besides, I don't have ZBrush or Hexagon.
I had high hopes for it. It looks like it does exactly what you'd think V4 should do right out of the box. However, I couldn't get it to work. I followed the instructions, as well as watched the video, and no joy. I created the PerfectV4 figure based off the V4.cr2, but it doesn't load a character. It flashes "loading" for a second but doesn't do anything.
I remember having a similar experience when I first used the "Perfect" product, but I did get it to work and use it 99% of the time when I work with V4. In fact, my work flow with V4 is to save my favorite V4 characters as cr2 and then create a "perfect" version so that I don't have to remember all the morphs and tools and load options every time I want to use the character. In some extreme poses the Perfect morphs can cause unwanted weirdness so I always keep a regular version and a perfect version. Saves me a boat load of time.
My only suggestion is to try it creating the Perfect V4 figure again, start from scratch, and make sure you follow the instructions exactly.
The comment about having to uninstall and reinstall V4 is troubling. If I recall correctly part of the instructions are to make a copy of the V4 character and use that to build your own Perfect V4. It was that instruction that made me think to save my custom V4s off and make Perfect versions of them as well.
That's the thing. The script they give you copies V4 and makes a new one called Perfect V4. I checked my runtime folder and that was the case. My original should have been untouched. However, after that not even my old V4 figure would load. It would go through the motions, but not load a character. I restarted DS as well as reimported meta data and it still didn't work. My original V4 wouldn't load until I uninstalled it and reinstalled it again from the DIM.
I did send an email to the dev, so hopefully he gets back to me with a solution.
While I personally prefer Xameva and meipe's 'Perfect V4' products and never had any problems with them myself (just a fleeting though, because I ran into this a lot: there are often different files for DS and Poser, could you have used the wrong files?) I think there are other products that address this.
November by 3D Universe comes with an arm bending fix: http://www.daz3d.com/november-character-for-v4
and over on Renderosity, ironman13 did release a product kind of similar to the 'Perfect V4' line: http://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/i13-overhaul-for-v4-/93054
I'll check them out, thanks. I still have not received a response from my support email to Xameva.
What's the size (in bytes) of the Perfect Victoria 4.2.cr2 file that was created?
After you try to do a load of the "Perfect Victoria 4.2.cr2" (and it flashes by), what are the last dozen lines in your DS Log File?
(the fact that your "original V4 wouldn't load until... reinstalled" sounds like it might be overwriting the geometry (.obj) file...).
... (edit: actually, no, the creator script does NOT touch your .obj files - it will take whatever input filename you gave it (presumably your Victoria 4.2.cr2 from wherever it was installed), and will write an updated version to your output filename, whatever you gave it - warning you if the file already exists. I hope you didn't try setting both those filenames identical at any point? ... were there any error messages during the creation phase?).
It copied the original V4 and makes it's own new one. It's 2 Megs. But anyway....we have liftoff. I don't know what's changed, but I tried it again following the same exact steps as the other day and this time it worked.
Thanks for your help everyone.
Also try adding smoothing to the figure. I noticed it gets rid of some nasty creases on the mesh. I normally use a value of 3 to 5.
