How do I transfer pictures from iPad to pc?

What is the best way to transfer pictures taken with iPad onto my PC to use in photoshop cc on the computer? I cannot use email as my email account is too full of attachments. The computer has Bluetooth so is there a way to transfer photos from iOS to windows 10 via Bluetooth? Or is there a better way?
edit; computer is updating so unable to try it out now.

I don't have an iPad but if it works like iPhones then if you just plug it to your computer via USB you should be able to navigate into your iPad as if it was an external drive, and then copy over the photos.
I would think that if your pc has bluetooth, you could pair the tablet with the pc then transfer over bluetooth.
There are numerous ways. The simplest way is to install the Apple picture app on the computer. Or the Google one On both devices. Either way the app should sync the pics automatically between the tablet and the PC.
I usually use onedrive or dropbox.
Completely forgot about that option. If you use Gmail you already have google drive. Just drop all your pics in there, then log into your Gmail on the pc and pull them back out of your google drive.
Problem is my main gmail account is nearly full.
Why not delete email you no longer need?
Get a Google Drive.
There is, of course, messaging which has no size limit, bluetooth transfer, and since you have an iPad, you should have an itunes account which means that you have an icloud account so you can put the pictuires in iCloud Drive or use the web based iclod acount to mail them to yourself (mail drop can hand up to 1 GB files).
I personally use files on my iPad, and iCloud Drive on PC. You can simply save to the Files app, wait a moment for the sync, and presto, open it on your PC
There are thumb drives available now for cheap which have both a USB and lightning connector. Not just useful for transfer, but also useful for watching movies on your iPad/iPhone without having to use up storage on the device. If you're interested, I'd suggest paying a bit more for the ones that kind of wrap around the back of your device as having the drives jutting straight out from the lightning connector is no good.
