G8

Head scratcher needs help,
Today, I found that ALL my G8M figures load strangely. Their bodies are thin like teenagers, head bulbous. I checked the Currently Used parameters for morphs that may not have zero default. Everything is clean, nothing out of the ordinary. See the attachment.
Then I zeroed out the Michael 8 and Lee 8 body and head and still no luck.
Note, these bad load results happen only to G8M. G8Fs are fine as well as G3M and G3F. No clue what changed.
Has anyone experienced this before?

When checking Currently Used, did you have Show Hidden Properties enabled in the option menu? Does Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Figure Shape help?
Yes it did, Richard. Awesome. Edit/Figure/Zero/Zero Figure did the job. So where is the error sitting? Do I have to go through this process each time loading G8M?
Now it gets whacky. If I load ONE G8M figure only, I then edit/zero figure gives me a generic G8M base. I move all the body and head morphs accordingly to 100% in the Currently Used and we get the exact figure. Great! But say I load a 2nd G8M, Michael 8 for example, again I go through the process. But this time I have no body/head morph parameters to slide to 100%. Instead, I get slides for other G8M figures I have -- meaning I can't get to the intended figure at all. Michael 8 becomes a generic G8M base.
I'm not sure what you mean.
Not sure this has any relevance, but since all the G8M look like teenage boys, there is one figure that has the same form in my library -- Walther, a G8M character I downloaded from ShareCG. Could this be the source of the problem?
See attached. (Hope you could open it)
With Michael 8 selected, the Currently Used items to the right have no Body/Head adjustment slider for Michael 8, just for Walther Body and Head. And Michael 8 stays generic as a G8M base.
Attached is the Walther model description. It is such a good product, hate to even insinuation this could be the problem. But see the updates to bugs listed in the attached doc.
If this is related, should I uninstall the model completely? Or is there a better solution?
Thanks, everyone
Do you have the latest updated version of the figure? If you don't, try to download the updated version and install on top of the one you have, replacing files as it says in your screenshot of Walther.
Aha, in the feedback and discussions of the Walther model, other people are experiencing the same issue of a youthful morph that was applied to their G8M models.
I deleted my version of Walther, uninstalled Michael 8 to test. Reinstalled M8 and still, the morph distortion is there. Might have to try reloading the updated version of Walther and see.
Yes, the updated version of Walther fixed the JCM distortions. I'm good to go. Thanks Marianner and Richard
