Mac Upgrade? (paranoïa.. )

Hi, I am on Mac OS 10.10.5 Yosemite since a couple years and I am unfortunately about to upgrade to High Sierra because I bought a new Huion graphic tablet. I am probably overly causious with my question, but you all know that the whole health of Daz content on a computer is very precarious and a pain in the a** if any problem arise.
So, are you aware of any potential problem when upgrading the OS of a Mac ??
Thx a lot

Are you sure you have to upgrade? I'd do a google search for Yosemite and your tablet's model number, to see if anyones using both successfully.
I have not encountered any problems with recent versions of MacOS when using DAZ products. I'm currently on Mojave, and DAZ Studio and Carrara continue to work fine for me. You will need to be sure that you have the latest version of the DAZ Install Manager; I think there were some issues with Mojave (but not High Sierra) and older versions of DIM. Hexagon, as far as I can tell, also works under Mojave.
The big exception is Bryce 7, which can no longer be run under MacOS. However, if I remember correctly, that happened many versions ago; if you're already on Yosemite, you've already passed that point.
If you happen to be one of the few people who run an Nvidia GPU in an external GPU box, you'll want to stay off Mojave until Nvidia release new drivers for it, but if you're only going to High Sierra, even that shouldn't be an issue.
Your mileage may vary, but -- speaking for myself -- I haven't had any issues with DAZ software or content (except as noted above), on either Sierra, High Sierra, or Mojave.
Agreed. I'm running Mojave on an iMac Pro. You'll need the DIM update. But everything works fine otherwise.
Cool thanks for the answers, lets just hope my MBP stays more or less as snappy as it is right now ...I doubt it :'(
